The Meaning Of Life.

What is the Meaning Of Life?
Whatever it is, the one doing the wondering, is not engaged in carrying out its meaning.

One does well to ponder The Meaning.
While remaining aware that such pondering is not The Meaning.

Then how to answer this question-to-end-all-questions?

Remove The Question.
Thereby removing the need for The Answer.

Do not question, simply be.
You may find you have become The Answer.

  1. Very interesting and profound thinking. Truly, I agree, when one is pondering the meaning of life, it is difficult to be. I think also that doing stirs from being. What's one's ultimate motivation for doing, if not something from being? Truly the crow soars in the clouds, must come down to eat or it could not soar again.

  2. Crows don't so much soar, as flap.
Shame, really. But still they do all right.
What they do best is notice everything.
Those eyes see without and within.
    Black as night.
    And filled with stars.

  3. Does intelligence get in the way of understanding the truth? If so, what is our intelligence for - just better odds of survival?

  4. Yes.
    Intelligence is a problem-solving tool.
To be used as needed, then put back in the toolbox.
